Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and resellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Personal care items

  • Hygiene-related products

Refunds

  • To initiate a return, please get in touch with us via WhatsApp or email and explain your case.

  • If your item is eligible, our team will provide you with the return address. You will be responsible for sending the item back and covering courier charges.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed through your bank account, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa account.

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
